Haupteinsatzgebiet ist der Inn mit seinem Ober- und Unterstau. Es kann aber auch als Zugboot zum Aufbau einer \u00d6lsperre auf anderen Fl\u00fcssen und Gew\u00e4ssern eingesetzt werden. M\u00f6glich ist auch ein Transport von Gegenst\u00e4nden bis zu einem Gewicht von 1.200 kg. Zur Wasserf\u00f6rderung oder auch zur Brandbek\u00e4mpfung vom Wasser aus kann eine Tragkraftspritze auf dem Boot verankert werden. Das Mehrzweckboot kann nur \u00fcber eine geeignete Slipstelle oder einen Kran in die Gew\u00e4sser eingesetzt werden.
